A callback prioritization platform for businesses that depend on the phone for revenue and retention.

Numoloo is a callback prioritization platform. It tells you who to call back first, and why.

Most businesses return calls in the order they came in. That order tells you nothing about revenue or risk. Numoloo detects urgency, sentiment, and intent across every inbound call, outbound call, and voicemail, then dynamically prioritizes the next action.

Numoloo serves home service pros and independent contractors, appointment-based businesses such as clinics, practices, med-spas and service providers, sales and customer support, consultants and agencies, real estate professionals, and startups and growing small businesses. Inbound calls, outbound calls, and voicemail all happen inside Numoloo. CRM-agnostic. No sales infrastructure needed.

Project Description

Numoloo's founder, Rick Dionisio, spent twenty years in telecom and subscription software, running operations for phone and voice products used by small businesses. He brought DigitSense a clear product vision and a deep understanding of the problem, including the prioritization logic at its core. Working alongside him, DigitSense shaped the product and interface design, engineered the front end and back end, developed the AI analysis engine, ran quality assurance, and delivered a brand identity kit.

Prioritization depends on Numoloo having the full conversation. For that reason, calling is native to the platform rather than layered on top of a cloud phone service. DigitSense engineered the calling directly into Numoloo, including number selection, call handling, and voicemail capture.

Numoloo and DigitSense chose a modular design for the analysis engine. Models improve quickly, and tying the platform to one would narrow what Numoloo could adopt later. Swapping in a new model does not require reworking the product around it. The design also assumes models fail. If one cannot return a draft, Numoloo still delivers the summary and the prioritized next action.

After each call and voicemail, Numoloo detects urgency, sentiment, and intent, tags the conversation, and orders it against everything else waiting. The tags carry the reasoning, decision-maker, qualified lead, escalation, so you can see what needs attention now and what can wait. Each conversation comes with a summary and an email draft written from what was said, ready to review and send. Prioritized actions and drafts arrive in the inbox, in Slack, and in the Numoloo dashboard.

Numoloo launched in June 2026 across the United States and Canada. A native mobile app comes next, along with connections to the CRMs and other tools these businesses use. Numoloo is also available to license as a white-label platform for operators outside the US and Canada, through Numoloo or DigitSense.
