Twixo is an all-in-one future-proof wishlist app for Shopify and all e-commerce stores. It simplifies e-commerce shopping by providing order, ease, and personalization to direct-to-consumer shopping.

Twixo is currently a Shopify app that can be easily integrated into any Shopify stores without the need of development. It offers unique checkout notification alert features to personalize shopping experience and hypertarget shoppers with a customizable email marketing funnel. Bridging the gaps between customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

Project Description

Twixo represents a sophisticated, user-centric solution for Shopify merchants aiming to optimize customer retention. Our involvement spanned from conceptualizing the app’s core features, branding to developing a seamless UI/UX. Understanding the complex needs of both merchants and their customers was key to crafting an app that balances functionality with user engagement.

Given the dynamic nature of eCommerce, Twixo’s architecture was designed to be scalable, allowing for easy updates and feature enhancements. This forward-thinking approach ensures that as eCommerce trends evolve, Twixo can adapt swiftly, maintaining its competitive edge.

DigitSense worked on everything from the inception stage, helping to shape the product vision, define product milestones, craft a comprehensive growth strategy and launch Twixo on Shopify app store.

Twixo app now empowers Shopify merchants to convert casual browsers into loyal customers, driving growth and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Later on, DigitSense will also be working on Twixo’s integration with other e-commerce platforms, such as BigCommerce, Wix, WooCommerce and more.
